The 50 year old TIME SQUARE CENTER was purchased earlier this year for $10.75 million by Osbidian Group, Endurus Capital and Mid-American Real Estate. They are spending $2.5 million on upgrading the center. We reported last week that the former TCF drive up triple lanes structure was removed. TODAY they began the removal of the facia and towers of TIME SQUARE.
