Time Square Shopping Center, at the 4th busiest intersection on Minnesota (MNDOT), is completing their signage being placed over a completely new redesign. Just this week, Warners’ Stellian’s sign was installed with a fresh look. The new owners of Time Square is several in a group named Obsidian Group, Enduras Capital and Mid-America Real Estate. One of the co-owners of X-Golf Ben Feret is also a co-owner of Enduras Capital so a partner is actually located right on-site. The sale which took place over a year ago was for $10.75 million with $2.5 million being invested into the current upgrade which looks great. Time Square was first built in the early 1970’s shortly after Apple Valley became a city in 1971. Even though the original clock tower is gone now, they have retained the name Time Square as seen in the sign in this photo.
