Located in front of Rascal’s, LUNA DONUT opened its doors a few weeks ago. Owner Panya Hang was kind enough to give Chamber President Ed Kearney one of their apple fritters to try and he declares it the BEST in Apple Valley. All pastries are made fresh daily and it is also a full coffee shop with drip coffee and specialty drinks.

They were so happy we visited. Please stop by this small local business and treat yourself or your employees. They even had a donut tray of frosted donuts topped off with Apple Jack’s cereal. Bring one of those home to your kids!  They will give you a ‘GLAZED LOOK OF HAPPINESS”.

They are open Tuesday through Sunday from 5 a.m. – 2 pm (closed Mondays).
