MINNESOTA BURGER COMPANY OPENS TO THE PUBLIC TODAY

Last Friday we accepted the invitation to attend the soft opening for families and VIP’s at the new MINNESOTA BURGER COMPANY, located in the former space of FARMER and the FISHMONGER which consolidated into the PIZZARIA SOCIAL / CURIOUSER COFFEE space across the parking lot. All 4 restaurants were packed as noted in the following photos, a sign they are just the right mix now.

MINNESOTA BURGER COMPANY OPENS TODAY to the public so be sure to give them a try. Their burgers are made the way burgers should be and are also half-price after 9 pm – as are whiskeys.

On Fridays and Saturdays only, they have a huge wood fired grills outside. The owner Tony told us “the 1st people at the door at our opening were tourists sitting at the light out front and they could see and smell the smoke from the ribs being smoked and came in to ask if they could eat there.”

We are excited to announce that all 4 restaurants are now members of Apple Valley Chamber. We chatted with the owner Tony who told us that even though they tried a few different concepts in these spaces, they are confident of greater success with their current concept. Families want variety and value but with great chefs and memorable meals. This new consolidation of 3 restaurants with such family-friendly fare as well as fire pits, ICE BAR, sports TV’s throughout all the restaurants, outdoor grills and wood fire grill options offers a variety of unique dining and gathering experiences. Give any of them a try to treat yourself, congratulate them and thank them for joining the Chamber!
