Now that Spring has arrived, massive infrastructure has begun being constructed on the new HealthPartners clinic. Located in Orchard Place on Pilot Knob just northwest of Target and directly north of LUNDS & BYERLYS (currently under construction), it will consist of a 2-story building comprising 56,595 square feet with 382 parking spaces. An artist rendering of the new building is below.
