APPLE VALLEY CHAMBER NOTE: We were just on a Zoom call with Chamber Presidents and Steve Grove (DEED Commissioner) with all of our questions. The Governor is to announce more details at 2 p.m. today and may vary some of these initial details. If you are a restaurant for example, hearing this early lets you get first in line for suppliers and staffing.
Here is what we heard just now with DEED Commissioner Steve Grove who praised businesses for getting the cases back down:
SOME RESTRICTIONS TO BE EASED
BEGINNING MONDAY, JAN. 11TH., NO END DATE (Likely all winter)
INDOOR DINING:
    —50% Capacity, max 150 people inside, 150 people outside
    —If outside in tent, must have 2 walls fully open, otherwise considered same as indoor dining
    —Tables 6 per table max, 6 ft apart
    —Bar Seating ALLOWED in pairs of 2, separating pairs by 6 ft.
    —Curfew 10 p.m., customers must have left by 10 p.m.
    —Must make reservations in advance to avoid lines and waiting
GYMS/YOGA/CLASSES:
    —Remain at 25% capacity, max. 150 indoor
ENTERTAINMENT:
    —Indoor entertainment 25% max 150
    —Movie Theaters: Max 150 per theater, max. 50% capacity, Masks ALL Times, 6 foot spacing (he seemed unsure of movie seating. Governor will clarify at 2p.m.)
    —No Food or Beverages after 10 p.m. but movie can continue later
BOWLING:
    —Max. 25%, must close bar and food by 10 p.m. but can keep bowling
POOLS:
    —25%, max 150
CHURCHES:
    —50% max, no cap on number (depends on church dimensions up to 50%)
    —(He made clear this was in response to a Supreme Court Ruling)
WEDDINGS/FUNERALS (still heavily restricted as so many cases from these):
    —Ceremony by Church caps
    —Banquets based on banquet hall restrictions
    —Indoor Receptions Food/Beverages: allowed 10 people indoor max from 2 households, 15 people 3 households if outdoors
    —If in regular restaurants, follow restaurant 50%, max 150 people inside, 6 per table, 6 ft and not in separate hall from regular dining
OFFICES:
    —MUST remain working from home if able to (no change)
SALONS:
    —No changes: Main issue is keeping salon/barber chairs apart 6 ft when bolded into the floor
VACCINES:
    —Has 300,000 vaccines and receive 65,000 more per week at this time from Federal sources
    —MN 12th fastest state to get vaccines out and into people (2nd for states our relative size)
