On the northeast corner of Hwy. 42 and Hwy 52 on the current location of Richvalley Golf Course, FED EX is building a huge 548,000 sq.ft. Distribution Center. That is expected to have 400-600 jobs. The family who owns the golf course is slated to vacate there in June so that construction can begin. The above photo is of a smaller FED EX Distribution Center in Kansas City that employs 300. The Rosemount FED EX Distribution Center will be nearly twice this size on 42 and 52.
