Located in the outer lot in front of Burlington Coat Factory, Chase Bank will have a new presence in Apple Valley to a very competitive and full banking community. The building will be 3,060 sq.ft. with a drive-through on its west side.
After over a decade, The Running Room has closed their Apple Valley location. It was a specialty store for runners that was run by runners and is the largest running shoe company in the US and Canada. Their vacant location is between Panera Bread (which is about to move to their new building) and Crumbl Cookies.
