Pier 1 is closing their Eagan store next to Lunds & Byrely’s on Yankee Doodle & 35E. Pier 1announced a month ago that it would be closing 450 stores, about half of its retail locations. They are based out of Fort Worth, TX and are actively looking for a buyer for their remaining stores.
The new shops on the corner of 147th & Cedar are nearing completion of the exterior. The new tenants are Pancheros Mexican Grill, Aspen Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Gent Cuts & Grooming and Tough Mudder Bootcamp. McDonald’s in Apple Valley is temporarily closed (except the drive-thru remains open) for a complete interior and exterior remodeling. They are planning for a whole new look.
