RIBBON CUTTING AT HOMSHUK / BODEGA42

Last week the Chamber and City had a GRAND OPENING for HOMSHUK MEXICAN KITCHEN & BAR as well as their attached BODEGA 42 GROCERY STORE. Located across from Culver’s in Apple Valley, the three related owners (brothers-in-law) were thrilled at the great turnout and support.

You owe it to yourself to pop in BODEGA 42 if only to even take a look at all the fresh produce, tortillas being freshly made for you to take home right off the cutting board, their deli to take a quick meal home or to work. It is a full large grocery store with all meats cut fresh daily and produce from local markets though some are only found in Latin America and they bring those it too. Their fresh pastries section also made daily will brighten up your next meeting at the office.

After Chamber President Ed and Mayor Clint Hooppaw made welcoming remarks on your behalf, the owners spoke about how their idea came to fruition and how happy they are with all the support and customers so far. They also own a restaurant in Richfield and one in Minneapolis.  Most people stayed for a lunch at a united giant table of the City & Chamber people present and it was delicious.
