What a great Ribbon Cutting for the new owner of PURE BARRE who purchased and reopened the post-covid location in Apple Valley in front of Target Pilot Knob.  Mayor Clint Hooppaw and Chamber President Ed Kearney recognizing those present such as Tom Lawell City Administrator, Department Directors and Chamber Chair Peggy Johnson.   Their comments were followed by owner Chris who has an obvious passion and expertise in fitness and wellness.

Pure Barre which began 32 years ago in Michigan and today are nationwide, really sets the “barre” on what works.  Chris who took over ownership of Pure Barre in Apple Valley, continues an established customer base and a fitness tradition formerly known as the  “Valley Dream Team” T/hey are in their first month already filling up classes beginning as early as 5:30 a.m. daily.  Focus is on specific problem areas with focuses low impact on joints to maximum isometric, stretching, deep muscle work etc.    The are about a challenging and repetition workout you really feel but isn’t punishing .   Their workouts are about results, personal training, goals called “Barres”, muscle, tone, weight loss, confidence and self-esteem.   Chris offered for anyone to come try a class for free to see if it is for you.
