Where 42 & 35E &35W meet, the changeover will likely happen in November when the Best Western hotel changes to a WYNDAHAM HOTEL with a STEAK & ALE replacing the current MORGAN’S there.  Endeavor Hotel Group of Wichita, KS purchased the 131 room hotel from Blithe Hospitality of Lakeville for $8.65 million ($6,603 per room). The hotel was built in 1984, and has full conference and convention facilities. It is interesting to note that Steak & Ale went Chapter 11 in 2008. This will be the first new Steak & Ale since then and is the first of 15 locations being planned in Minnesota by Legendary Restaurant Brands who are also trying to resurrect after they purchased the Steak & Ale brand.
