TIME SQUARE REMODEL BEGAN THIS WEEK

The 50 year old TIME SQUARE CENTER on the 4th busiest corner in MN was purchased earlier this year for $10.75 million by Osbidian Group, Endurus Capital and Mid-American Real Estate. They are spending $2.5 million for the upgrade.

Construction has started with the south building where the former drive up for the former TCF Bank was where the facade has been removed. Temporary signs have been put up during construction. Note in the photo the new look of the center. Next week they will begin removing signs starting with the AV Liquor Store. The monument outside has had company signs removed and will change, however they will use the inner structure of the monument sign. We are so happy to see them investing into Apple Valley and rejuvenating a poorly aged center into a modern center.
