NATIONAL COMPANY COMING TO APPLE VALLEY

The former Eagle Valley Bank building where our Chamber offices are located is in the process of a buildout. KIMLEY-HORN ENGINEERING COMPANY will eventually have over 50 employees in the building. They are a national company started in 1967 in North Carolina where they are still headquartered. They are a premiere planning, design and engineering consulting firm specializing in both public as well as private major planning. With nearly 7,000 employees and several offices already in the Twin Cities, they consult projects from major buildings, bridges, public infrastructure to land and housing development. In 2023, they were named by FORBES as a TOP 100 BEST PLACES TO WORK. We welcome them to Apple Valley. They should be open here by mid-fall.

FYI—On a side note about the Chamber Building, high efficiency LED lights were just installed to replace all the former lights such as those for example across the street where IHOP is located. The lot where Fresh Thyme is located also has all the new lighting just in case you never noticed.
