SNEAK PEEK AT NEW MEXICAN GROCERY & RESTAURANT

Across from Culver’s in Apple Valley is the huge building you see going up near Kelley Park. As we’ve reported several times since the groundbreaking last August, this dual-purpose building will house a grocery store called BODEGA 42 as well as a restaurant by the name of HOMSHUK MEXICAN KITCHEN & BAR. The market and restaurant is owned by the same owners but there is a hallway between the two spaces as hours of operation will differ.  During the groundbreaking late last summer, they served food from their other two restaurants in Richfield and downtown Minneapolis and we all commented on how incredible it was. We are really looking forward to their opening by summer’s end.
