SNEAK PEEK AT NEW LUNDS & BYRELYS

Located by the Target on Pilot Knob, we could only get a photo through the front door of the new Lunds & Byrely’s in Apple Valley but you can see all the equipment being installed. They are planning to open mid-September. Last summer we gave you a list of all the grocery options in Apple Valley and right on our border which is significant competition. Lunds & Byrelys, Target and HyVee will be very interesting to watch from a competitive point of view but with all the new homes in Apple Valley and Lakeville, all should prosper.

The new Apple Valley store will showcase L&B Kitchen, which includes a wide variety of prepared food offerings to make mealtime easier and more delicious. L&B Kitchen will have endless breakfast, lunch and dinners options with selections including:

• Taco Mas: a build-your-own taco, nacho or burrito bowl bar with delicious toppings, salsas, tortilla chips and more.
