C.O.R.E. Women’s Self Defense 101 Class

Last week the Chamber’s C.O.R.E. Women’s Group got the opportunity to learn Self Defense 101 from 7th Degree Master Karate Instructor David Younglove of USA Karate Rosemount. He taught us some very helpful tips on how to empower ourselves and build confidence in our personal space. The hour went by quickly as there was lots to learn. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to David for taking the time to teach us!
