NEW MEXICAN MARKET & RESTAURANT UPDATE

A spectacular Mexican marketplace called BODEGA 42 FRESH MARKET and a separate HOMSHUK MEXICAN KITCHEN AND BAR is about to be built on the empty field across from LA Fitness, just South of Enterprise Car Rental and next to Kelley Park. Once complete, it will be 21,350 sq.ft. and have plenty of parking. It will be a Class 1 Mexican restaurant and a mercado type market with butcher/deli and a production/warehouse storage for fresh tortillas and other goods. Bodega 42 Fresh Market and Homshuk Mexican Kitchen and Bar is owned and operated by Fernando Mellado-Barboza, Saul Mellado-Barbosa, and Ezequiel Quijada. Fernando is an accomplished entrepreneur is a co-owner and operator of Andale Taqueria and Mercado in Richfield and has been in business since 2011. Saul is a Veteran and chef who owns and operates Orale Mexican Eats and Bar in South Minneapolis. Ezequiel is also a Veteran and a successful certified CPA.
