FLOOR & DECOR WELL UNDER WAY

Located where AMC Theatres used to be, the Atlanta based FLOOR & DECOR is an 80,000 sq.ft. building. FLOOR & DECOR has 166 locations and specializes in wood/stone flooring, bathrooms, kitchen floors, fixtures etc.  Apple Vally is their first location in Minnesota and they about to build one in Maple Grove replacing a theater there also.  It might be noted that some former executives with The Home Depot are partly responsible for this newer flooring chain. The Home Depot in Apple Valley (Chamber member) was #1 in sales a year ago over all Home Depots’ from Montana to Pennsylvania and down south to Missouri. Apple Valley is clearly a “hot” market
