COFFEE CONNECTION AT CASSIA

Last week CASSIA (fka Augustana) hosted an excellent Coffee Connection in their 5th floor dining room which has spectacular views. There were lots of new faces which was super fun! The chef prepared a special breakfast of egg, cheese and sausage sandwhiches complete with yogurt, fresh fruit, granola and of course lots of fresh brewed coffee. Everyone not only enjoyed their chef’s breakfast but also amazing conversations and socializing. After all, when people get together, commerce happens!

The view is one of the best of Apple Valley from their 5th floor. This huge campus, which also includes their medical facilities, really protected our loved ones during the Covid Crisis. For that and the risks all of their staff took, we are forever indebted. Thank you to Campus Marketing Director Jean Andries (Director, Apple Valley Chamber Board) and her fabulous staff for having us and for kicking our day off right!
