MEZCALITO BUTCHER IN APPLE VALLEY TO CLOSE
Mezcalito Butcher in Apple Valley announced that they will be closing their doors this weekend. They are dividing the restaurant into two restaurants which will be more suburban and have more mass appeal. It will also be more moderately priced with great specials and happy hours. We will keep you posted during reconstruction.
Here is the statement they put out to their Facebook followers about their decision to transition:

Mezcalito Butcher opened last October (photos below). After their previous restaurant “Misfit Collective” closed because the service model wasn’t working and was confusing to customers, they transitioned to Mezcalito Butcher which was upscale Mexican with an entire wall with several hundred different offerings of Mezcal tequila.
The owners also own The Farmer and the Fishmonger which is just across the parking lot in Apple Valley as well as Farmer’s Grandson Eatery, Burgers & Bottles, Volstead House, Bourbon Butcher & more.
