NEW BUILDING W/ F45 TRAINING BEING BUILT ON PILOT KNOB

Apple Valley City Council has approved a new building to be constructed just south of Caribou Coffee and CLOVR Spa on Pilot Knob directly east across the road from Think Bank. It is being built by Obsidian Cobblestone LLC (artist rendition above). The address is 15748 Emperor Ave.

It will have an F45 TRAINING as a first tenant which will be a gym taking up 2485 sq.ft of the 5090 sq.ft building and the remaining 1772 sq.ft. open to another tenant.

F45 TRAINING was started in 2013 in Sydney Australia and today has 3,330 studios worldwide with 600 in the US. In 2019 actor MARK WAHLBERG became a strategic partner with F45 to help fuel their worldwide growth. F45 is a results-oriented high-intensity fitness gym.

Note: Across the parking lot, TFW (Training For Warriors fitness gym) just closed their doors last month and as far as we know that space is currently available.
