HEALTHPARTNERS IN APPLE VALLEY IS MOVING ACROSS TOWN

HealthPartners in Apple Valley will be closing their current location behind Aldi on 153rd and Pennock and and relocating to a new building. They will be moving to Orchard Place on Pilot Knob just northwest of Target and directly north of LUNDS & BYERLYS (currently under construction). It will consist of a 2-story building comprising 56,595 square feet with 382 parking spaces. We do not have an exact timeline of construction, however zoning changes have been approved from “mining” to “mixed business campus”. Additionally, CHAFIN VET Loving Pet Care will begin construction this spring as approved by the City Council. They will build an attractive 6,366 sq.ft. building with 23 parking spaces. The dog run will be on the south side and fenced in out of view. Their location is just south of the new HealthPartners AV to be built on Pilot Knob just across from Target and north of the new LUND’S & Byerlys currently under construction.
