GROUNDBREAKING FOR NEW RETAIL CENTER ON CEDAR

Yesterday, the City and Chamber conducted a groundbreaking for a new retail 7,430 sq.ft. space in front of Hope Church across from Kwik Tripon Cedar Ave. Hope Church sold the land to Hempel Real Estate who is overseeing the project.  We learned of the project before COVID and even showed the property to several interested businesses and we reported the city approvals to you last July 8th.  The highly visible project is now under construction.

Plans are being negotiated for a COFFEE SHOP with drive-up and also a restaurant, amongst the tenants.  Over 77,000 cars pass by per day on Cedar and it is one of the very last parcels available in Apple Valley for retail along Cedar Avenue.  Construction is expected to end early to mid-Spring 2023.
