Bogart’s Changes Colors

BOGART’S ENTERTAINMENT CENTER is in the middle of “PAINTING IT BLACK.” We asked one of the owners Scott and he said they just chose black for no reason other than they thought it would look great (think First Avenue in Minneapolis).
