SNEAK PEEK INSIDE TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN APPLE VALLEY

Being built on the corner of 157th and Pilot Knob in Apple Valley, the new Texas Roadhouse is expected to be open by the second week of April according to the builders we met with. It is quite large with nearly half being a huge kitchen. There will be a horseshoe-shaped bar and there is also a large waiting area as their restaurants tend to be packed at peak times. Texas Roadhouse is actually headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky (home of their first location) and has now grown to 670 restaurants, 10% of them being in Texas.
