NEW RESTAURANT OPENS IN APPLE VALLEY

The “FARMER and the FISHMONGER” restaurant has officially opened in Apple Valley in the former Ruby Tuesday’s. They open to the public this Wednesday December 8th. They are closed today & tomorrow so they can get fresh seasonal ingredients for the public opening on Wednesday.
We attended the private opening last Friday, and wow were we ever impressed. You will find the Farmer entree side of the menu focuses on meats (steak, chops, pork, chicken) and the Fishmonger side features seafood (scallops, seafood boil, sunnies, crab, salmon and many sea-based platters). The menu is broad with too many things to mention here.
The bar area was amazing and really lights up at night. Just like their other restaurant which they own across the parking lot, MEZCALITO BUTCHER, their attention to detail and perfection on making drinks is a sight to see and worth sitting at the bar to watch their craft. In addition to these two new Apple Valley restaurants, the Owners also own Farmer’s Grandson Eatery, Burgers & Bottles, Volstead House Whiskey Bar, Mean Miner’s Street Tacos, Bourbon Butcher and Tequila Butcher. They certainly know what they are doing. So stop on by, you are sure to be impressed!
