Misfit’s Collective to Reopen With New Concept

You may have heard that Misfit’s Collective closed this last week in order to remodel their space to a new concept. The new restaurant will be MEZCALITO BUTCHER. Tony, who is the Owner of Mezcalito Butcher as well as a Co-Owner of many other restaurants including Bourbon Butcher & Volstead House, shared a heartfelt “thank you” to the community on Facebook. He said they love Apple Valley but managed to confuse patrons with various levels of service that was noble to try but admittedly just didn’t work. This new concept will will feature craft cocktails, a huge agave list and Minnesota’s first Mezcal bar.
Tonight we will be at their private “soft opening” to get staff fine tuned with their full opening being this Friday (tomorrow).
They promise the best happy hour and late night specials around with free chips/salsa, $5 happy hour margaritas and buy one/get one draft beers and wine. 9-close they will have 1/2 price tacos, 1/2 priced tequila, mezcal and margaritas.
