Warners’ Stellian in Apple Valley has started a remodeling configuration with several improvements, all specifically to assist customer needs better and with more privacy.
Specific Improvements Include:
- Removed the large open center service square
- Improved customer reception area to determine customer needs
- Adding individual customer service spaces to improve customer privacy
- Adding separated desks for service experts to better customize customer needs
- Improved service for various steps of simple sales up to complete kitchen or appliance remodeling
- Improved overall work area for employees
Behind the Scenes:
- Added a better stock area
- Added new restrooms
- Added new employee break area
