New Restaurant Coming in Former PR Bar

“The Misfits Collective” will replace what was most recently PR Bar at the corner of 150th & Galaxie Ave in Apple Valley. The Eye’s Wide Open Group, which has a collection of restaurants in Eagan, Chanhassen, Savage and Farmington, will bring an “new open design concept” to Apple Valley. They will employ up to 120 people overall and their menu will be fluid to highlight the specialties of all of their chefs and thus will constantly change.

The decor will be very open without walls and have more of a quaint industrial feel. It will feature wood-fired grills, stoves and ovens including the pizza wood-fire grill, the “real wood” will bring enhanced flavor into their cooking.  They expect to open by June 1st.

Formerly this space was many names including Pickled Parrot, Bilimbi Bay, Major’s, Valley Tap House and PR Bar.  This new construction and concept will be completely unique and different and a great new mix to Apple Valley’s dining scene.
