Mendard’s New Location Adds Glass

Just to keep you informed, the new MENARD’S just east of their present location is well underway and is now working on their interior now that it is enclosed. Menard’s owns nearly 20 acres on the former Hanson Pipe Factory land.  Previously they had a purchase agreement on the land just to the south and east of Home Depot but that expired over five years ago.  They then purchased their current land of the old Hanson Pipe.  The Apple Valley City Council approved for the ground up concrete from the former Hanson Pipe to remain on the land these last 5 years so that it could be later used as filler and mixture for the new construction.  That is what those huge piles are out in the middle of the field which is very efficient and is smart recycling.
