Ribbon Cutting at The Springs at Cobblestone Lake
It was a beautiful morning to see a beautiful property located on the corner of Pilot Knob and 160th on our Lakeville border just south of Think Bank. This new property of 196 apartments for families is located conveniently across (via tunnel under Pilot Knob) the Transit Station, the entire Target shopping area of shops and restaurants and HyVee across the street to the south. Chamber President Ed Kearney spoke about how these aren’t just “walls and beams but rather Love and Dreams” for so many families to make memories. Mayor Mary spoke eloquently about their new lives in Apple Valley and highlighted the new trails which will be coming soon nearby for them. Their Regional Director for their properties, Luke Perry, spoke about the details of the project, how it came about and all the wonderful people involved in making this happen. The Springs at Cobblestone is the last “cornerstone” of Cobblestone Lake which began in 2002 which was also ribbon cut by President Ed Kearney and Mayor Mary who both reminisced about then until now at Cobblestone. Thank you to all who took the time to welcome our new residents and customers. They hired VIVO for the catering which was wonderful.
